Collection
You’re welcome to collect your purchase from our workshop in Fiskerton, Nottinghamshire (NG25) by arrangement.
Delivery
We offer UK delivery from a flat rate of £75.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Devon, Cornwall, the Isle of Wight, and some London postcodes. Please contact us for a quote if you’re unsure.
Most deliveries are completed within 1–14 days. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day and time.
Before purchasing, please carefully check all dimensions to ensure the item will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and into its intended space.
We recommend checking your item upon delivery.
Please Note
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item can be accessed and accommodated within the property. Returns cannot be accepted if an item does not fit.
Returns
Our furniture is vintage and pre-loved, so signs of age and use should be expected. We believe these characteristics are part of the charm and will always try to show and describe any notable wear as accurately as possible.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you would like additional photographs or information before purchasing, please get in touch.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be received within 7 days, in the same condition as supplied. The buyer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return transport.
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please email hello@btvintage.com within 24 hours of delivery, together with photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, offer a refund or replacement.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once it has been dispatched.
In rare circumstances, we may need to decline or cancel an order. This may be due to stock availability, payment authorisation issues, pricing errors, incorrect descriptions or delivery restrictions. Should this happen, any payment received will be refunded in full as soon as possible.
